I was contacted by Ryan from Invaluable to participate in a mini project. The folks from Invaluable asked a group of book bloggers to write a post about what they would like to see in their dream library. It sounded like a lot of fun, and I signed up for it. Once I started browsing on Invaluable, I found a lot of goodies! Invaluable has a huge collection of rare books! So many classics that I would love to have! Anyways, these are the items I chose for my dream library. Just in time for the holidays!
Who wouldn’t want to own the first edition of the Harry Potter series? I know I already it, but it’s the first edition! Besides, I don’t have those covers! Look at them! This would be an awesome series to display on my bookshelf!
A collector’s edition of Tales Of Beedle The Bard by JK Rowling. Once again, this would look great on my bookshelf.
Flora’s Dictionary is a Victorian flower dictionary and the images inside this book are beautiful. Look at the cover!
Winnie The Pooh is one of my favorite childhood stories, of course I have to include it. I had many wonderful memories when I read this book.
I love fairy tales and look at this boxed set. I love both Han Christian Anderson‘s stories and I love Grimm’s Fairy Tales. Both are equally delightful and once again, I like the duo book set even though I own their completed works already.
I don’t own The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien on my bookshelf, but I’m such a fan of leather bound editions! It was such a great book.
I own the movie cover editions of Lord Of The Rings by JRR Tolkien. I remember when I was younger, I felt really accomplished when I finished this series. This was one of the first trilogies I finished and I really love the covers.
Look at this beautiful edition of Tender Is The Night by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I really love his writing, and I am such a fan of his books. This is a must have on my library.
I could go on and on about the books I want to own on my dream library. You should really consider looking at Invaluable, trust me. I spent a couple of hours looking for books that I don’t own.
